Hey there! I’m Karen, your go-to guru for everything Microsoft 365. With over 25 years in training and development, I’ve rolled out Microsoft Teams across major government departments, making team efficiency and collaboration a breeze with 365 applications. Oh, and in case you didn’t catch it, I’m Welsh—because, apparently, that’s important!
When it comes to Microsoft tools, I’m your person. From digital business change to Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and creating learning pathways, I cover it all. I’ve got a Master’s in Business from the University of South Wales and a knack for financial accounting, so whether it’s crunching numbers or helping you master Office 365, I’ve got you covered.
I’ve tackled big projects for organisations like Natural Resources Wales, Capita, AA, and English Heritage. I’ve trained everyone up to the executive level on systems like Oracle Financials, CRM, and Microsoft. I’m passionate about helping teams unlock the full potential of Office 365 and having a blast while doing it!

I absolutely love my job, and I suppose my forte is getting Microsoft apps to do the hard work and exploiting the capabilities and features…so you don’t have to! Who doesn’t want to save time right? I thrive on finding those hidden gems that make people go, “WOW, I never knew that!”
I’ve worked all over the world, including places like India, Jerusalem, South Africa, and Nigeria, to name a few. Throughout my career, I’ve led teams for many blue-chip companies and have a passion for supporting people and helping make learning fun, engaging and ultimately make a difference.
Although I’m a Microsoft 365 adoption specialist, my career has allowed me to work on bespoke projects, such as Gift Aid for a few charities, pharmaceutical software, and even banking for National Trust training. But somehow, I always find myself coming back to, “Look what you can do in Microsoft!” LOL. Look forward to working together soon.

I help people make sense of things both rationally and emotionally. By using creative storytelling. I make information meaningful and action oriented, particular business change during periods of uncertainty. Or, in other words, I write as if we’re chatting and get straight to the point—no waffle… there’s that word again!
With over 28 years of experience working with SMEs to global corporations, I still love helping people feel heard and making a difference. I still grin when I think about designing and delivering an internal campaign for a digital implementation program to 180,000 employees and managing the first-line support team for a €50m Customer Relationship Management (CRM) deployment in Dublin. What a ride!
